The location was great, easy to get to Disneyland. Shuttle to orange outlet is offered free of charge
This hotel was excellent place for exploring Garden Grove, really enjoyed it. Wi-Fi worked. Stores and retailers are close enough to the property. There is restaurant California Grill & Bar at the premises.
great place with loyal staff. a good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like outback steakhouse that was only 10 minutes' walk away. shuttle bus was provided here. location next to m3 bus stop, only 15 minutes walk away.
Good acces via shuttle to/from airport, Disneyland, Citadel outlet, etc. for someone who does not have a rented car. Front office and Concierge staff is very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to Target store is very helpful for quick provisions.
The usd 14 daily charge in addition to the taxes. Vey busy, so quite strict on late checkouts.
Pillows were good close to Disneyland the lobby was nice
Staff couldn't find reservation we asked for a king bed and got two queens the shower wasn't great
The hotel was located in a convenient area to local attractions. Main lobby, breakfast area and pool were very modern and well appointed.
When exiting the elevator and opening the door to our room, we expected the rest of hotel to match the vibe from main lobby areas. This is not what we found. Rooms were not as clean, and antiquated in furnishings. The style was definitely traditional, which is fine, but felt separate from downstairs of hotel. Maybe they are in the process of a room Reno?? Kind of disappointing!
The A/C and the fridge were both not working in the room. Service call would have taken hours, so we spent the night in a hot stuffy room. Terrible. No quality control whatsoever.
can hear the noise next door and outside.
I will not book another stay at a Wyndham facility. I booked a room on the day of arrival and had to cancel within 2 hours due to a personal emergency. I was told there was no reimbursement and/or credit for the booking. Therefore, I just wasted my $... Not customer friendly to someone who travels extensively.
This is a third time we stayed in this hotel. We like it very much.
Very convenient with shutter bus back and forward to Disneyland.
Cleanliness of the hotel and a mature crowd!!
All of the hidden fees when booking through a 3rd party. None of the staff was on the same page when giving out information!!
Very nice lounge...
Walk in to the room notice hair on bed sheet hair on carpet garbage is still there, chair with ottoman has stain.
Loved the location and convenience of amenities.
Buy sheets that actually fit the beds without coming off in the middle of the night. Pillows could be a little more sturdy, your head sinks. We have stayed here before and we are Wyndham Property owners. The restaurants could have a better selection of food instead of bar food when someone arrives later in the evening. The choices were not very good. Breakfast was ok, but it could have been hotter. The buffet was just barely warm. As Wyndham owners, we should have preferential treatment and selections.
The location is okay, a few blocks from Disneyland, not far from decent shopping. The breakfast was also nice and I loved the gym facilities.
I am NEVER a fan of "extra" fees. Booked.net will tell you that there is free wifi - not true, you pay a mandated 20$ fee per day that all guests must pay. They call it hospitality. Also not included in the indicated price are any taxes or surcharges. Thus, this seemingly great deal became a very over-priced regret. The bathroom was also outdated including chips in the bathtub and rust marks/stains. My key only worked half the time. I must say, for being a Wyndham Hotel, my expectation was not met.
Breakfast buffet and clean room
Refrigerator is not cold enough and faucet was leaking in the shower.
